Siobhan has nearly 10 years of experience in the property industry, working across HMOs and residential lettings. Having been both a lettings negotiator and a property manager, she has a strong understanding of the rental process and helps keep everything running smoothly day to day.

Working closely with a dedicated portfolio, Siobhan is very hands-on and enjoys building good relationships with tenants. She’s always happy to help, whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues, or just being a friendly point of contact. Known for being approachable, polite, and easy to talk to, she aims to make tenants feel comfortable and well looked after.

Alongside her property role, Siobhan also supports with website updates, social media, refurbishments, property aesthetics, and organising maintenance—helping to keep everything looking its best and running as it should.

Matt takes care of the day-to-day maintenance, making sure everything is working as it should, while Mike focuses on refurbishments—helping to transform and improve our properties.
Together, they help keep everything in top condition, making sure our homes are well looked after and comfortable for our tenants!
