A brilliant house shares company all around. I stayed with them for 6 months and it was all handled easily and efficiently. The rooms are well sized and comfortable. The company themselves are communitative, warm and clear throughout the entire proccess.
Great house share company. The room I stayed in was so lovely and done up to a good spec. The property manager Siobhan is always on call and is always so lovely to speak to! I found if I had any issues she would sort them asap.

I rented with friendly house shares for 6 months and I absolutely loved it! I have rented a few house shares in the past and I can honestly say this was by far the best. Communal areas were monitored and cleaned regularly, the staff were super lovely and all the other tenenats I lived with were friendly. I would highly recommend friendly house shares. After another room with another company fell through with a couple of weeks notice, Jess helped me find a great room (via FaceTime!) and get all of the paper work sorted in time.
The house was very well looked after and if there were any issues that came up it was rare they took more than a day to fix. Siobhan was always right on hand ! I’d highly recommend using Friendly House shares, the houses was nice, modern and I had a comfortable year there!
